Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate of $4.99. Standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 15–25 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the shipment notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dblefebvre.2005@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
